I'm looking for management courses?
I’m considering formal project management training because I want to move into a more senior role, and I know having a recognized certification can make a difference. At the same time, I don’t want a course that’s just abstract theory — I’m looking for something that gives me a clear methodology I can apply immediately at work. Does anyone have experience with a structured but practical PM course?

I was in a very similar position not long ago, and I decided to enroll in EXIN DPMM Foundation — training I took (my experience) . What stood out to me was how well it explains the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and control, while emphasizing governance and clear communication between stakeholders. The methodology focuses on delivering business value and managing risks proactively, which made a huge difference in how I now approach projects. It’s not just about passing an exam — it genuinely improves how you structure and lead projects.
