I’m considering formal project management training because I want to move into a more senior role, and I know having a recognized certification can make a difference. At the same time, I don’t want a course that’s just abstract theory — I’m looking for something that gives me a clear methodology I can apply immediately at work. Does anyone have experience with a structured but practical PM course?
