A phone losing signal during a road trip is stressful enough, but it becomes even worse when navigation apps stop loading at the same time. Calls failed repeatedly, data switched on and off randomly, and even basic searches wouldn’t load correctly anymore. Pulling over several times to restart the device didn’t really improve anything. After finally reaching the hotel later that night, attention moved toward verizon customer support to figure out why coverage disappeared for so long.
